Welcome to Tamanini Timbavati, The lodge is set in a beautiful garden in the Timbavati Private Nature & Game Reserve. The lodge offers guests seclusion, privacy and peaceful bush sounds at night.

Tamanini Timbavati lodge is located within the reserve so there's always a chance that any one of the Big 5 may just walk by your chalet. The lodge does have a fence, only at elephant height to keep them out of the beautiful grounds.

Tamanini Timbavati Garden has impressive towering leadwood trees and expansive lawns leading to the pool area. There is a fire and barbecue (braai) enclosure or boma for everyone to use, while each chalet does have a private braai and patio.

There are two spacious family chalets, which have two bedrooms each. One chalet has two en-suite bathrooms, and the other has one family bathroom to share.

The other accommodation comprises of four chalets that have a capacity of two guests each. Each chalet has a dining set up and a lounge area with easy chairs and a coffee table. Most guests will spend time relaxing outdoors on the patio watching antelope and birding.

All the chalets are equipped with a fridge and stove as well as a microwave. Tamanini Timbavati supplies a 2 Litre filtered water container in every chalet. The kitchens in all the chalets are stocked with all the necessities for self-catering.

The rooms come with a wardrobe and include a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer, bed linen and towels.

We welcome Group bookings, including bachelor parties. Catering can be organised to order at reception near the pool.
